USPS Shipping Tool - PHP Version now available

PHP version of our popular USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping tool is now available.
A full class file is provided along with files needed to easily post and receive request directly from the USPS XML API for live/real-time domestic and international shipping rates as well as tracking information and real-time package address validation capabilities.
